Staff Profile

Bernardine is the principal of the Bernardine Lam’s Professional Enrolled Agent Services. She is a former Revenue Officer in IRS for over 10 years. She has received performance awards from the Commissioners for years 2012, 2014, 2015 and 2016. She has been a health scientist in Canada, a California business entrepreneur, and a retail manager of several multi-millions stores for U.S. public traded companies. She has been an active volunteer since college for non-profit organizations, S.U.C.C.E.S.S., Oakland Children’s Hospital and the Justice & Diversity Center of the Bar Association of San Francisco. She has obtained the MBA degree from the Golden Gate University, CA. She has been named by the Association as the Outstanding Volunteer, Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic for the year 2020.
